Saat ini BlueScope sedang membuka lowongan kerja terbaru tahun 2025 untuk posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :
Logistics Executive
Responsibility:
- Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
- Contribute and improve safety performance to meet NS BlueScope safety standard & culture, to governance country COP related to Logistics operation in areas of coil handling & storage, load restraint and road safety both internal & external parties.
- Manage Export and Import raw material & product regulatory.
- Manage and monitor Export & Import Licenses, permits (i.e.: NIB, NPB, API-P, Master list, SPI, KITE and others).
- Support daily Export and Import processing (i.e.: customs clearance, export shipment plan, documentation on import & export, secure vessel space for export and others).
- Provide analysis & report on inward cost, inland cost, export freight and others.
- Responsible as AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) PIC and take care related AEO matters.
- Leverage & develop best practice sharing across BlueScope ASEAN in term of safety, work efficiency and process improvement.
- Manage efficient logistics operation cost both domestics and import/export including transportation cost, import & export clearance cost and other logistics related cost.
- Work with Distribution team to manage & review Third Party Logistics contracts, improve contractor’s performance to meet KPI and regularly auditing 3PL’s safety and operation compliance and reinforce the best practice implementation.
- Handle product import and export process to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirement (both BlueScope and government).
- Continuous Improve logistics operation flow and system to ensure product deliver to customer efficiently as customer expectation which able to sustain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and/or experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Have 3 years of experience in roles of logistics & distribution.
- Have sound literacy in statutory and regulatory requirements in relations with logistics and distribution, including domestic and international trading.
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience in AEO certification and audit.
- Excellent communication skills, organized, able to work effectively in a time-constrained environment, and meet strictly enforced daily deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; 100% comfortable utilizing and navigating the internet.
- Have PPJK License is preferred
