PT LAUTAN OTSUKA CHEMICAL adalah perusahaan patungan antara Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd Jepang dan PT Lautan Luas Tbk Indonesia, didirikan pada 17 Juli 1989 sebagai Blowing Agent Manufacturer pertama di Indonesia. Kami mulai memproduksi Chemical Blowing Agent – Azodicarbodinamide yang efektif pada September 1990 di pabrik Cilegon kami di bawah lisensi dan dukungan teknis OTSUKA CHEMICAL CO., LTD, – Jepang yang aktif dalam membawa pengetahuan teknisnya ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan terlibat dalam bidang ini selama lebih dari 60 tahun.
Di pabrik kami, kami memproduksi berbagai jenis bahan peniup bahan kimia yang dapat digunakan secara luas untuk berbagai keperluan termasuk isolasi termal dan suara, penyerapan goncangan, dan ornamen. Ini memiliki fitur yang baik seperti variasi penuaan yang kecil, stabilitas penyimpanan yang unggul, dan penanganan yang mudah.

Senior R&D (Research and Development)
Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic candidate with a strong interest in research and development in the chemical industry. This position is responsible for developing new products, improving existing processes, and conducting tests to ensure the quality of chemical products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development of new chemical products
- Design and optimize chemical production processes.
- Perform stability and quality tests under various conditions.
- Assist in developing testing procedures and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement product innovations at the industrial scale.
- Prepare research reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure all research complies with safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
- Have experience as Rnd in a shoe manufacturing company, minimum 5 years experience
- Being able to speak Japanese is an added value
- Understanding of research and development processes in the chemical industry.
- Proficient in using chemical laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player.
- Good communication skills.
