Psychologist Industrial and Organization (Contract)
About the role
PT Krakatau Posco, an esteemed steel manufacturing company, is seeking a talented Psychologist Industrial and Organization (Contract) to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time contract position based in Cilegon, Banten, providing an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in industrial and organizational psychology to drive the company’s success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting job analyses, designing and implementing employee selection procedures, and developing training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Assessing employee performance and providing recommendations for professional development and promotion opportunities
- Designing and executing employee engagement surveys, and implementing strategies to improve morale, job satisfaction, and productivity
- Providing counselling and support to employees on work-related issues, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Collaborating with HR and management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Conducting research and analysis to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Postgraduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Demonstrated expertise in employee selection, training and development, performance management, and organizational development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as current trends and best practices in industrial and organizational psychology
