Course Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships and get referrals.
- Invite and Consult customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation.
- Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target.
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center,
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably has experience in marketing and sales.
- Sales ability in delivering effective sales pitches & closing deals.
- Can-do attitude, emotionally intelligent, and passionate.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work on weekend.
- Good English language skills, minimum B1 on EF SET test (https://www.efset.org/id/ef-set-50/).

Responsibilities:
- Provide parents with the latest information about the course’s description when needed (e.g. lessons discussed in class, homework, test results, etc).
- Resell English 1 core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Make seasonal sales that are in accordance with customer needs to maximize progress.
- Observe lessons to better understand student achievements and shore those with their parents.
- Carry out group, student, and parent management operations required using a CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative, solution-focused, and sales-driven team player.
- Time management skills, able to set priorities, and complete tasks on time with high quality.
