Indorama Petrochemicals, sebelumnya Polyprima adalah fasilitas asam tereftalat (PTA) yang dimurnikan. Saat ini, Indorama Ventures memegang 42% saham bersama dengan mitra usaha patungan lainnya. Indonesia dengan cepat menjadi salah satu pasar poliester terbesar tetapi saat ini menghadapi kekurangan pasokan PTA.

Melalui Indorama Petrochemicals, kami mengamankan pasokan PTA untuk pabrik Polyester kami di Indonesia dan diposisikan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang kuat.

Saat ini PT. INDORAMA PETROCHEMICALS sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:

HSE Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an HSE Asst. Manager role, preferably in petrochemicals industry.
• Have: Certified incident investigation & root cause analysis, HAZID & risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
• Hands on experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans, particularly in the context of petrochemicals operation
• Fluent communication skllis in english
• Domicile Cilegon.

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local regulations and IVL standards.
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA) and define control measures.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance
• Ensure organizational compliance with HSE regulations by collaborating with various departments.
• Plan and conduct internal HSE audits and support external audits and inspections.
• Track and report HSE KPIs and performance metrics.
