Saat ini PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:
NC COLD Shift Supervisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day to day production activities including responsible for plant shut down and start up activities in compressors system, acid gas removal system, reactors and dryers’ system, distillation towers system, etc. according to SOP and operating guidelines
- Ensure maximum efficiency and availability of all production equipment
- Continuously monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, level, vibration, equipment status) through control system displays and alarms
- Evaluate alarms, determine root cause, and take corrective action immediately: conduct plant troubleshoots processes; handle process shutdown and start up
- Maintains operations facilities’ appearance; performs inspections; reviews and updates standard operating procedures as assigned; ensures product specifications are met; oversees environmental waste disposal operations as required
- Writes standard operating procedures; ensures adherence to procedures; reviews procedures for improvement opportunities; verifies all shifts follow standard operating procedures
- Enforces plant safety policies; maintains safe work environment; ensures all safety regulations, laws, Company practices, etc. are followed; ensures permit compliance, and reports incidents, safety violations, operational errors to management.
- Perform Maintenance work for smooth process operation (Filter & STR Clearing, Lubrication of pump Grease and Oil, Line Unplugging, etc)
- Identifies and ensures equipment needs; reports findings to management; coordinates equipment repairs with maintenance team; plans equipment installation, equipments and tools maintenance schedule
- Conduct equipment inspection during turn around maintenance
- Supervises shift operations staff; coaches, motivates, develops, trains, and evaluates employees
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Min. SMK / D3 (Chemical Engineering or equivalent from reputable University) with min. 10 years’ operation experiences
- Experienced in Chemical/Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Fertilizer industries
- Preferably understanding in ethylene cracker or monomer operations
- Understanding in SOP, Working Permit, LOTO
- Good Computer skill (Spread sheet, Process modelling, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
- Good integrity, initiatives and teamwork ability
- Having motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
