Sejak tahun 1994 dimulai dengan pekerjaan Water Jet Cleaning, YuhanTech telah memperoleh berbagai izin usaha konstruksi profesional dan memenuhi syarat sebagai mitra GS Caltex untuk melakukan proyek pemeliharaan dan konstruksi secara profesional. Sejak itu, telah berkembang berdasarkan perubahan dan inovasi yang konstan dengan berpartisipasi dalam proyek Pemeliharaan dan konstruksi termasuk proyek TA dari beberapa perusahaan pelanggan di pabrik dalam dan luar negeri.

Saat ini PT YuhanTech EPCM Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:

Document Control

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Document Controller, preferably in EPC / EPCM / Construction / Industrial Projects
• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial)
• Strong knowledge of Document Control procedures, including:,Document numbering system, Incoming & outgoing transmittals, Document distribution and tracking.
• Revision control and document status reporting
• Experienced in managing the project document lifecycle (receiving, registering, filing, updating, archiving)
• Able to prepare and maintain Master Document List (MDL) / Document Register
• Capable of preparing daily, weekly, and monthly document status reports
• Basic understanding of project scheduling and coordination with Planning team is an advantage
• Familiar with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project for: Reading project schedules and Tracking document-related milestones
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), especially Excel for tracking and reporting
• Familiar with Document Management Systems (DMS) and project filing systems
• Detail-oriented, Good communication, and able to work in site
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken) is preferred
• Willing to be placed on-site in Cilegon
