Indorama Petrochemicals, sebelumnya Polyprima adalah fasilitas asam tereftalat (PTA) yang dimurnikan. Saat ini, Indorama Ventures memegang 42% saham bersama dengan mitra usaha patungan lainnya. Indonesia dengan cepat menjadi salah satu pasar poliester terbesar tetapi saat ini menghadapi kekurangan pasokan PTA.

Melalui Indorama Petrochemicals, kami mengamankan pasokan PTA untuk pabrik Polyester kami di Indonesia dan diposisikan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang kuat.

Saat ini PT. INDORAMA PETROCHEMICALS sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:

QA/QC Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, and 50001:2018
• Ensure compliance with ISCC standards and sustainability requirements
• Oversee laboratory operations, analytical systems, and quality control for process and product samples
• Ensure proper calibration governance and accurate calibration curve determination for all instruments
• Lead identification of analytical deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Develop and improve analytical methods or work instructions for non-routine samples or special plant conditions
• Strengthen Statistical Process Control (SPC) and sampling plan effectiveness
• Make firm and objective product release or rejection decisions based on analytical data and risk assessment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience with proven managerial exposure
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, and 50001:2018 with strong understanding of the clauses
• Strong understanding of ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) standards; ISCC Auditor certification is a plus
• Chemical Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Expert certification
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments, analytical systems, and calibration principles
• Proven capability in implementing CAPA related to out-of-spec results, instrument issues, and customer complaints
• Firm, objective, and decisive in product release decisions
• Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and sampling concepts
