SUPERVISOR/SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Monitoring
   • Prepare daily & monthly production plans according to demand.
   • Ensure sufficient raw materials for production targets.
   • Monitor smooth production and efficient use of equipment.
2. Quality Control & Standards
   • Ensure production output is in accordance with customer specifications.
   • Receive & check product test results from QA.
   • Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulations.
3. Process Evaluation & Improvement
   • Analyze production results & look for opportunities for improvement.
   • Monitor production effectiveness and equipment operation.
   • Report teamwork results & provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Coordination & Reporting
   • Create work reports & ensure everything is well documented.
   • Hold regular meetings with the team for production evaluation & improvement.

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree – Chemical Engineering or Chemist
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as production supervisor.
• Have knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001, 14000, and 45001 standards.
• Able to manage production and polymerization operation techniques.
• Able to conduct coaching and development of work teams.
• Have leadership, integrity, and communicative skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem solving.
• Must be able to operate computer and Ms Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point).
• Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
