Admin Support CMMS
Job Description :
- Asset Data Validation
Review and finalize the completeness of asset data, including Asset Number, description, and asset location in the new ERP system. - Asset Data Mapping
Collaborate with related departments to map the appropriate data fields in the QAD Maintenance Module. - Data Input & Work Order Processing
Input historical data or dummy data for Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Orders, including system testing. - Work Order Process Simulation
Conduct full workflow simulations of Work Orders in QAD, from releasing and assigning, to recording labor/material usage, and closing Work Orders. - Spare Part Code Verification
Ensure consistency and integrity of spare part codes, descriptions, and warehouse locations to be migrated. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Execution
Perform and document User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for all functions within the QAD Maintenance Module. - Issue Documentation and Tracking
Record, track, and report bugs or issues identified during testing to the technical team. - SOP Development
Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for executing Maintenance processes using QAD.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
- At least 2 year of experience in CMMS, Work Order, and Asset Management.
- Detail-oriented, independent, disciplined, hardworking, and analytical.
- Must have proven experience in CMMS / Work Order systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Maximo, etc.).
- Highly proficient in data management and Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to learn and able to work hard.
- Dynamic, proactive, and communicative.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Willing to be placed in Merak, Banten.
