Golden Grand Mills diakuisisi oleh Grup Interflour pada tahun 2014, memperkuat kemampuan produksi dan distribusi Grup di Indonesia. Kantor penjualan di Jakarta dan depot-depot yang berada di Jawa dan Sumatera membantu Golden Grand untuk melayani pelanggannya di seluruh Indonesia.

FSQ SENIOR MANAGER
Are you a quality-driven leader who lives and breathes Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)? Passionate about food safety, data, and delivering top-notch product standards?

What You’ll Do
- Lead and empower the QC & QA teams to ensure world-class product standards.
- Oversee quality consistency from raw materials → production process → finished goods.
- Implement and continuously improve quality systems: FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and more.
- Handle internal audits, supplier audits, and ensure action plans are executed effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Milling, Packing, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams.
- Ensure food safety, risk management, and compliance run with zero compromise.
- Bring smart ideas to elevate product quality & reduce customer complaints.
- Act as the “quality champion” for both internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in QC/QA (food manufacturing/FMCG experience is a big plus).
- 3–5 years of proven leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, and local government regulations.
- Strong leadership energy, detail-oriented, data-driven, and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Cilegon, Banten.
