Kami membuat dan membangun struktur baja untuk Industri Berat, Bangunan Bertingkat Tinggi, Penambangan & Penanganan Material, Pembangkit Listrik & Jalur Transmisi, Jembatan Kereta Api & Jalan Raya, Menara Telekomunikasi & Penyiaran di seluruh Indonesia maupun di luar negeri.

Didirikan pada tahun 1986 sebagai PT. Kratama Belindo International, perusahaan patungan antara Holland Kloos dan Hutama Karya, kepemilikan saham perusahaan 100% diambil alih pada tahun 1994 oleh CCM Group dan Mengubah namanya menjadi PT. Karunia berca Indonesia. Maret 1996, KBI dianugerahi sertifikat ISO 9001 karena berhasil mematuhi persyaratan standar sistem manajemen mutu. Saat ini PT. Karunia berca Indonesia membuka lowongan kerja 2024 untuk posisi dan kualiifikasi sebagai berikut :

Assistant QC Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of working experience as Quali0ty Control at steel construction or fabricator company.
• Strong leadership skills & problem solving.
• Deep knowledge in implementing of QC system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & 45001.
• Familiar with ASTM, JIS and how to conduct inspection and testing.
• Having knowledge in the field of steel structure welding and having a Welding Engineer certificate is preferred.
• Mastering the Quality inspection system of steel structure products.
• Mastering product/project documentation and reporting systems related to Quality documents.
• Location at Cilegon – Banten

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all aspects of product quality conformity with established quality standards.
• Improve, evaluate, implement quality assurance systems and procedures.
  Supervise inspection of raw materials, fabricated finished products, galvanize or painting.
• Plan and monitor calibration inspections and equipment testing which are carried out periodically.
• Ensure that the quality, processes and products of PT Karunia Berca Indonesia are guaranteed as a whole in accordance with the requirements set by the company or customer requests.
• Ensure that the quality of products and subcontractor work is in accordance with PT Karunia Berca Indonesia specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and findings.
• Handling customer complaints related to quality of products.
• Prepare regular reports on QC Dept. performance.
• Organize and evaluate training for QC Dept.
