Sr. GA Admin (Asset Management and External Administration)
Job Responsibilities :
- Asset Management
- Monthly Asset Count, Recording in Building A and Building B such as Furniture and Electronics.
- Land Management, Managing Land Certificates from the start process till the certificate is released.
- Managing Land Certificates of PT LCI LINE PROJECT such as the Rights to Use, the Rights to Build, and many other types of land certificates.
- Managing, summarizing, and compiling payment for PT LCI Annual PBB Tax.
- External Administration, Communication with external parties such as those from the Government institution and private organizations as a part of helping the external team.
- Supporting documents needed for permits and CSR.
- Receiving letters, Identification of the letters, translating any of the documents needed, and send it back to the respective management and/or department.
- Managing all the documents needed for the VMD documents after creating an MDM.
- Daily Trash Report Management, Signing and receiving daily trash receipts of PT LCI LINE PROJECT from trash management vendors.
- Making a daily recap of trash receipts into a report for the following month.
- Making sure and making a recap of trash retribution payments in Cilegon.
- Documents Management within the Office, Involvement in archiving and keeping safe the documents of the external team within the office.
- Involvement in creating and managing MDM and VMD documents for vendors related to the external GA Team.
- Making Park Documents in SAP software as a part of the payment.
- Making recaps of all documents coming in and out of the office.
- Helping out the External Team within the Office to support external activities with the government, media, and other stakeholders.
- Support documents and administration processes for submission of Permit documents and necessities.
- Maintenance Building Fees for the LINE PROJECT area.
- Receiving monthly invoices for the payment of Maintenance Buildings in the LINE Project Area.
- Coordinating with Finance team regarding the payment of maintenance building in the LINE Project Area.
- VISA & Travel Documents.
- Managing travel documents such as VISA, flight tickets, and hotels for employees that are undergoing business trips to other countries.
- Manage all the processes from the start of Documents issuance until the day the flight leaves.
Requirements :
- Min. D3 / S1 any major from a reputable university
- Has min. 3 – 4 years experience in relevant field
- Has good communication skills, management skills, and teamwork
- Knowledge of handling people, asset management, and government regulation
- Good organization skills, well manage time, and managing many data with a tight deadline
- Creative and good problem-solving skill
- Able to work under pressure and tough at work
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon Plant
