Process Control (Planning and Optimization) Engineer
Job Description
- Prepare and develop production planning, feedstock usage planning, energy and utility usage planning
- Control monomer products inventory and propose action plan to keep inventory in safe level
- Perform simulation on production yield on different feed case
- Calculate and report production loss”
- Calculate actual production data (raw material, products, energy and utility) using reconciled approach
- Calculate actual yield of each production plan
- Familiar and perform production closing on ERP software such as SAP and MES
- Coordinate with Production to create usage planning of utility such as raw water, nitrogen, natural gas, and power
- Coordinate and engage with utility supplier for usage and commercial matters
- Perform monthly usage checking data and invoice processing for payment
- Inform to Process Control Sr. Engineer if there is abnormality on production planning
- Report production daily and monthly output as well as yield data
- Documentation and review production output
- Follow and comply with safety regulations on plant
- Actively participate with HSE program and achieve safety performance goals
- Comply with company and support for company standardization process
Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree (Chemical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University.
- Min. 3-5 years’ operation experience in Oil & Gas, Power plant, Petrochemical & Chemical Industries
- Familiar with SAP PP Module and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Familiar with Data Reconciliation software such as AVEVA Data Reconciliation or others reconciliation data tools
- Understanding on olefins, polyolefins and/or aromatic process
- Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
General Affair Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, office renovation.
- CSR and society relations, public and external relations, maintain all office legal and permit documents including permit project handling, media relations and compliance, external relations party including media publisher news handling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities : Efficiently manages multiple tasks and deadlines by prioritizing work, maintaining structured workflows, and staying focused under pressure. Able to balance competing demands while delivering accurate, high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferable from Law.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in GA or Office Service with 5 years in leadership role.
- Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill.
- Have broad knowledge and experience in expat permit, company legal document permit, and renewal.
- Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government agencies, especially BKPM, Customs, or Ministry of Trade.
- Having good knowledge and experience in safety and security.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Sr. Instrument Control Technician
Job Requirements
- Min. SMK/D1/D2 in Instrumentation / Automation / Metrology / Mechatronics with min. 10 years experience in hands-on control systems in Petrochemical, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, mining; or.
- D3/D4 in Instrumentation / Automation / Metrology / Mechatronics with min. 5 years experience in hands-on control systems in Petrochemical, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, mining; or.
- S1 in Instrumentation / Automation / Metrology / Mechatronics with min. 3 years experience in hands-on control systems in Petrochemical, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, mining
- Good understanding in control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI and SIS) and Control Logic.
- Good understanding in automation platform (Allend-Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson, Schneider, ABB, GE, DeltaV)
- Good understanding in instrument control (signal types, control valve operation, positioners, actuators, PID control, feedback loops, cascade, ratio, feedforward control strategies.).
- Certification in instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards such as ISO, OSHA, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Maintenance Planning Engineer
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (preferably from Mechanical Engineering), maintenance management, or a related field with min. 7 years experiences background in Petrochemical/ Chemical plant/ Oil & Gas Plant/ Power Plant industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM/CMMS and project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project).
- Familiarity with SOP development, lifting operations, rigging plans, civil standards (SNI), and permit-to-work systems.
- Experience in supervising contractors and multidisciplinary teams in industrial or petrochemical environments.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of ISO, HSE, and Indonesian government regulations related to maintenance and heavy equipment activities.
- Ability to perform risk assessment, evaluate lifting/civil hazards, and implement effective control measures.
- Understanding of engineering document such as PID, PFD, Isometric Drawing, GA drawing, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power point

Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in EPC or Engineering company
- Having experience in the piping engineering design: Stress analysis, piping design, support detail, software: CAESAR II, Pipeflow
- Having experience in the mechanical engineering design: Strenght analysis, remaining lif analysis, software: COMPRESS / PV Elite
- Having knowledge with ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM standard
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work in Cilegon.
Environment Planning Superintendent
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering or major related to Environment engineering.
- At least 12 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinary, Petrochemical or Chemical industries.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of environmental issues, relevant legislation, and renewable energy sources.
- Has good english communication skills both verbal & writting.

Digital Transformation Staff
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with AVEVA software solutions (e.g., AVEVA AIM, AVEVA E3D, AVEVA DMS, AVEVA DR, AVEVA USC).
- Experience with 3D modeling software, SAP MM and HR, data management, reconciliation, and analysis using AVEVA or similar software
- Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and their application in industrial settings.
- Knowledge of software integration methods and experience with APIs and data exchange protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
