Technical Service Engineer

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (metallurgy, chemical)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in continuous process and/or product development
• Have certification in Statistical Process Control
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, coaching and mentoring skills
• Advance user in MS Office application
• Able to use statistical software

Operator Maintenance Workshop

Qualification and / or experience required:

•  Education min. Senior high school equivalent
• Experience and be able to operate a lathe
• Experience and ability to operate milling machines
• Having an SIO crane is preferred

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of IT/OT network security related experience in design, implementation, maintenance, and support of medium to large sized networks such as LAN environments, wireless networking and protocols including ethernet (such as TCP/IP, industrial Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, VPN, and load balancer)
• Serve as an escalation point and technical owner for incidents/alerts regarding vulnerabilities
• Support the country monthly vulnerability management rollout and ensure security controls deployed in country manufacturing complies to security metrics and SLA
• Support security operations request such as network switches configurations, segmentation and processing of firewall rules
• Provide advisory to country stakeholders on the change control process and risk assessment.
• Experience in Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, endpoint protection agents, backup & restore solutions, identity and access management system
• Ready to work off office hour for program implementation, issue-fix, and support
• Able to analyse, diagnose, solve technical problems, and manage services
• Good communication skills, team player, self-learner and result oriented
• Experience in heavy industry manufacturing environment is an added advantage
