Hanya dalam waktu singkat, Sefas menjadi pemasok Pelumas Shell yang andal dan tepercaya untuk industri pertambangan dan industri terkait lainnya. Pada saat yang bersamaan, PT Sefas Pelindotama juga tumbuh menjadi penyedia produk dan Layanan Pengelolaan Hidrokarbon terpadu.

Sejak berdiri pada tahun 1997 di Jakarta, Sefas mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dan telah berekspansi ke kawasan strategis di Kalimantan. Technical Staff

As a Technical, you will be the key link between our products and customers, offering expert advice and solutions. Your role will involve providing product recommendations, answering technical queries, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive the best solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• At least one year of experience as a technical professional in an industrial setting or in technical sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience in industrial sales is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in delivering customer presentations.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C).
• Must be proficient in Mandarin

Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by combining technical expertise with sales skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Engineering background is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or industrial sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering customer presentations.
• Able to communicate effectively across functions and levels within the customer organization.
• Must have a valid driving license (SIM C & SIM A).
• Must be proficient in Mandarin
