Pabrik PT Thermax International Indonesia berada di Kawasan Industri Krakatau Cilegon, Kota Cilegon, Banten. Thermax sendiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan global penyedia solusi energi dan lingkungan yang menawarkan solusi inovatif terpadu di bidang pengelolaan pemanasan, pendinginan, tenaga, air dan limbah, pengendalian pencemaran udara dan bahan kimia. Thermax memiliki fasilitas manufaktur di India, China, Denmark, Jerman dan Polandia. Solusi berkelanjutan Thermax dikembangkan untuk perusahaan yang ramah lingkungan dan memungkinkan penyebaran sumber energi dan air yang efisien.

Pabrik baru Thermax di Cilegon akan menghasilkan berbagai macam produk standar perusahaan antara lain boiler kemasan, pemanas, pendingin, aksesoris uap, air dan pengolahan air limbah beserta peralatan pengendalian polusi udara seperti electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) dan bag filter. Anak perusahaan Thermax dan jaringan layanan penjualan di Malaysia, Thailand dan Filipina akan membantu inisiatif bisnis TII.

EXPEDITER

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate suppliers/Fabricator/Contractor performance and provide feedback to the purchasing team to help improve future purchasing decisions.
• Monitor and track all purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials especially for Fabrication Item (BOP & Shop Input) and OSP (Outsource Process)
• Coordinate with suppliers/Fabricator/Contractor to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on order status, delivery dates, and any potential delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, production, and logistics, to gather information on material requirements and expedite urgent requests.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers/Fabricator/Contractor to resolve any issues or discrepancies in order fulfilment.
• Regularly update the procurement team and other stakeholders on the status of orders and any potential issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including order confirmations, delivery receipts, and invoices.
• Continuously improve procurement processes and identify opportunities efficiency enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree D3/D4/S1 Teknik Mesin (Mechanical Engineering)
• Having good interpersonal skill in communication, negotiation and collaboration
• Willing to work under pressure with high frequent travelling
• Understanding the aggregate and contingency planning
• Understanding steel fabrication process & industrial process knowledge
• Minimum 3 years experiences
• Can joint as soon as possible
