Saat ini PT Topsco Steel Utama sedang membua lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut :

Assistant Manager / Supervisor Sales – Domestic Market (Steel Industry)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in the steel industry or construction/manufacturing material sector.
• Strong understanding of steel products such as HRC, CRC, Plate, Wire Rod, and Sections (INP, WF, UNP), as well as Rebar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work toward targets with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Possesses an established domestic customer database.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for the domestic market in line with company targets within the steel industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, fabricators, contractors, trading companies, and industrial end-users.
• Conduct negotiations on pricing, volume, and payment terms for products such as HRC, CRC, Plate, Section, Rebar, and other steel materials.
• Monitor market trends, domestic steel price movements, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business decision-making.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager/Head of Sales.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of orders.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer issue escalations and provide effective solutions.
