Responsibilities
- Manage, carry out and maintain compressor operating procedures and manuals to ensure that all activities comply with company requirements, standards and operations
- Manage, maintain and develop routine and non-routine activities to ensure effective and efficient operation and maintenance plan being performed well
- Supervise operational activities (line check, test the function of compressor and supporting equipment, start up and shutdown according to procedures
- Supervise maintenance activities (predictive and preventive maintenance, overhaul) to comply with procedures and on time and meet HSE standards
- Manage and monitor the validation of rectification reports (repairs) in regular meetings to support the company’s business operations
- Prepare preliminary drawing equipment that will be modified or a continuous improvement program for old / outdated equipment
- Ensure billing documents at the end of every month for verification and approval
- Ensure spare parts material supply status is fulfilled for the operational period
- Maintain, implement and monitor the health, safety and work environment (HSE) compressor program according to the company and government regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree from Engineering Disciplines
- At least 5 (five) years’ experience in similar positions (compressor supervisor, mechanical/maintenance supervisor) of gas compressor operation and maintenance
- Required Skills: Industry Codes and Standards, Compressor Operation and Maintenance, Field Instruments Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment, Instrumentation & Control, Calibration, Power Supply Maintenance, Inventory Management
- Strong personnel and team leadership skills
