English Teacher
Placement: English 1 Serang
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lessons as assigned using the English 1 books, audio/video, apps, and other provided materials.
- Maintain student and class records such as attendance, progress reports, and assessments.
- Assist in the placement testing of new students.
- Conduct or assist in demo (trial) lessons as assigned.
- Carry out teaching-related responsibilities including but not limited to LIFE Clubs, tutorials, seminars, and presentations.
- Carry out teaching-related responsibilities for marketing events such as school visits, center social events, and special campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree. Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan panggilan telepon ke calon pelanggan
- Memberikan penjelasan produk sesuai permintaan perusahaan
- Melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap calon pelanggan potensial
- Mengevaluasi calon pelanggan yang telah dihubungi
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu.

Course Consultant
Placement: English 1 Cilegon
Responsibilities:
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships and get referrals
- Invite and Consult customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation
- Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed
Qualifications:
- Love children and care about their growth
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Sales ability in delivering effective sales pitches & closing deals.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Can-do attitude, emotionally intelligent, and passionate.

Progress Advisor
Placement: English 1 Serang
Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with parents about student studies at English1 and their progress.\
- Provide parents with the latest information about the course’s description when needed (e.g. lessons discussed in class, homework, test results, etc).
- Resell EF core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Make seasonal sales that are in accordance with customer needs to maximize progress.
- Observe lessons to better understand student achievements and shore those with their parents.
- Carry out group, student, and parent management operations required using a CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills..
- Collaborative, solution-focused, and sales-driven team player.
- Time management skills, able to set priorities, and complete tasks on time with high quality.
- Good English language skills, minimum B1 for oral and written on EF SET test.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Content Creator
Placement: English 1 Serang
Responsibilities:
- Good English writing skills.
- Good attention to detail and well-organized.
- Up to date with the latest trends on social media.
- Analytical thinking but also have a creative mind.
- Experienced in managing social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Create engaging content such as posters, photos, and video.
- Manage social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
- Communicate with followers on social media via tools including comments and direct messages.
- Able to use design tools such as Pixlr and or Adobe Photoshop.
- Create monthly social media reports including trends and plans.
- Collaborate with marketing coordinators to create online activities.
