Job Requirements:

3. Director of Sales (DOS)

Core Works:

• Manages and oversees the sales operations
• Designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine products pricing
• Provide de professional advisory and support to General Manager in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment Work with other divisions to ensure guests satisfaction, process optimization and hotel’s overall profitability
• Implement strategies aimed at cost minimization, productivity maximization without reduction in standard of quality
• Monitor guest satisfaction result to identify shortfalls and remedy senrice issues

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent professional qualifications
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Self-driven, excelient communication, organization and leadership skills
• Strong cost management, analytical and conceptualization skills
• Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue
