1. Communication & Interior Design Manager

Requirement

1. Possess a design-based education.
2. Extensive experience of working in a design-orientated role (interior design, graphic design, visual merchandising and/or store planning).
3. Experienced in managing, inspiring, leading and developing people and creative processes in a changing environment.
4. Experienced in visually expressing the brand identity of a company.
5. Visual competence, including a keen eye for aesthetics.
6. Demonstrate clear communication and coaching skills, i.e. the ability to explain verbally concepts and visual interpretation.
7. Set and implement action plans, set expectations, provide clear direction and follow up goals.
8. Proven ability to prioritise and organise work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time available and meet agreed goals and deadlines.
9. Communicate confidently and clearly in English
10. Experience of problem solving. Proven customer-focused mindset.

2. Interior Design Specialist

Requirement

1. Education/experienced in interior design and architecture.
2. A passion for home furnishing, retailing, design and how people live at home.
3. Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and practical skills.
4. Ability to generate, visualize and present new ideas.
5. Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team.
6. Have a flexible and hands-on approach to responsibilities as well as the ability to meet set deadlines.
7. Confident in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.
8. Good attention to details.
9. Basic communication skills in English.
10. Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. AutoCad, Revit).
11. Willing to work at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

3. Graphic Communication Specialist

Requirement

1. An education/experience in graphic communication design, media and typography.

5. Ability to prioritise and organise own work to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed deadlines.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

9. Practical hands-on approach to work, experience in printing production will be an advantage.
10. Basic communication skills in English, good verbal and written skills in country- (market-) specific language(s)
11. Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and production
12. tools, e.g. printers, pre-press production and print techniques.

Requirement

5. Recovery Team Leader

Requirement

1. Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail working environment.
2. Good knowledge of IKEA store functions and how they contribute to the recovery and quality process.
3. Possess good insights into business navigation and a deep understanding for how recovery and quality contributes effectively to the bottom line.
4. Extensive knowledge of the processes and administrative routines for recovery and quality, and how transfer types affect the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Recovery department.
5. Extensive knowledge of the processes related to quality and sustainability within the store.
6. Good understanding of merchandising techniques and how to create a commercially attractive As-Is area.
7. Ability to solve problems or find new ways of working by identifying solution sources and/or ideas.
8. Self-reliant with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
9. Experience of creating, implementing plans, and following up goals.
10. Ability to drive the business with a strong will.
11. Ability to understand and communicate in English.
