MOLYCOP merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi grinding media, reagen flotasi, dan produk engineering lainnya, serta menyediakan technical service untuk beberapa perusahaan yang membutuhkan. PT. Commonwealth Steel Indonesiatelah bekerja sama dengan beberapa perusahaan diantaranya PT. Freeport-McMoran, PT. Vale, PT. Newmont, Teck, Antofagasta, bhpbiliton, Glencore International, Goldcorp, Codelco, Grupomexico, dan Barrick
PT. Commonwealth Steel Indonesia memproduksi grinding balls dari raw materials dengan komposisi kimia yang spesifik untuk setiap ukuran dari balls sehingga menghasilkan grinding balls yang kuat terhadap abrasi dan impak. Untuk mencegah timbulnya internal defects formation Molycop juga menggunakan clean steel sebagai raw materials. selain itu Molycop juga melakukan beberapa proses heat treatment untuk meningkatkan sifat mekanik dari balls, dengan harapan costumer dapat memperoleh efisiensi yang tinggi dalam proses grinding dengan laju penggunaan yang sedikit.

CNC Technical Machinist
FOUNDRY TECHNICAL SPECIALIST – MELTING
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational background of a Diploma in Foundry Engineering.
- Minimum years of relevant experience in a foundry or metal casting environment.
- Solid knowledge of metallurgical processes, induction furnace, and metal casting techniques.
- Skilled in raw material inspection and alloy addition.
- Familiarity with equipment lab and design software.
- Understanding of maintenance planning refractory and furnace upkeep.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
- Willing to work in Cikande, Banten.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise furnace operations and manage pouring sequences to ensure the safe and efficient molten metal for delivery of Hi-Cr casting production.
- Ensure proper selection and usage of raw materials and alloy additions to meet the required chemical and mechanical properties of Hi-Cr casting products.
- Monitor, control, and report material consumptions and melting parameters to achieve optimal metal fluidity and minimize casting defects.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to perform molten metal testing and verify compliance with chemical specifications.
- Minimize melting losses, energy consumption, and slag-related defects through continuous monitoring and process optimization to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
