HR Supervisor

We are looking for a highly capable and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our team. This role requires a dynamic and intelligent professional with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in Human Resources.

Key Requirements:

  • Female candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor
  • At least 5 years of overall experience in the HR field
    Well-presented, confident, and able to represent the company professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understand in ERP System (Odoo ERP)
  • Single / not currently in a relationship
  • Smart, fast-learning, detail-oriented, and able to handle HR operations independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Will be responsible for managing HR administrative processes, including payroll recap, BPJS administration, performance evaluation support, and maintaining proper documentation
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field
