Senior Sales Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop industrial customers, including construction, manufacturing, shipyard, and trading companies.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotations, conduct negotiations, and handle sales contracts.
• Monitor customer payment schedules and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate internally with logistics, warehouse, and production/cutting teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze steel price movements and market trends to support sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and provide pipeline updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1 or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in steel sales.
• Possess an existing domestic customer database.
• Strong understanding of steel products such as HRC, CRC, plates, WF, sections (INP, WF, UNP), rebar, and related products.
• Experienced in B2B negotiations and contract handling.
• Familiar with trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and logistics flow.
• Good communication skills, target-oriented mindset, and strong administrative discipline.
