PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (”Perseroan”) didirikan di Indonesia dengan nama PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Animal Feedmill Co. Limited, berdasarkan Akta Notaris Drs. Gde Ngurah Rai, S.H., No. 6 tanggal 7 Januari 1972, sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Akta No. 5 tanggal 7 Mei 1973 oleh Notaris yang sama.
Akta pendirian tersebut telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia dengan Surat Keputusan No. YA-5/197/21 tanggal 8 Juni 1973 dan telah diumumkan dalam Berita Negara No. 65, Tambahan No. 573, tanggal 14 Agustus 1973.

R&D Foreman/Forelady
Education:
- D3/S1 in Food Technology/Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/Nutrition/Chemistry
Job Requirement:
- Male/Female
- Single/Unmarried
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
- Ability to work under pressure
- Honest and responsible
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and possess good analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (minimum)
- Creative
- Working hours: 6 days a week, shifting (2 shifts)
- Location: Cikande, Serang, Banten
- Good knowledge of food product development in Indonesia

R&D Supervisor
Education:
- Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Food Technology/Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/Nutrition/Chemistry
Job Requirement:
- Male/Female
- Single/Unmarried
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food/beverage/meat processing R&D
- Experience in managing R&D projects or R&D teams
Experience in product development, formulation, costing, and research •Able to handle product exports - Working hours: 6 days a week, shifting (2 shifts)
- Location: Cikande, Serang, Banten
- Active and passive English language skills
- Knowledge of the latest FSSC 22000 system
