Responsibilities :
- Manage several Store (XL Center) & Subordinate to serve customer needs excellently
- Maintain & Ensure the Integrity of all Subordinate
- Maintain & Ensure both SOP & Compliance work properly
- Manage Store Profitability
- Zero Unbalance Cash
- Planning daily activities of his/ her subordinates
- Monitor, calculate and analyze Visitor Traffic Trend and KPI
- Develop Partners and Resellers to expand Sales & Service
- Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints
- Maintain & Ensure High Net Promotor Score
- Would be take care 4 XL Center Banten Area : Serang, Cilegon Rangkasbitung and Tangerang
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Exceptional customer service or sales skills
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Min. 4 years relevant experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Highly motivated person
- Training and development experience
- Retail and digital sales management skill
- Willing to be placed in Banten
- Employment Status: Permanent (P)
