Plant Admin & Secretary

Description :

Responsible in to manage office administration, employee personal assistance & business activities support

Travel Coordinator :

  • Assisting traveling preparation for employee & certain visitors, including flight, accommodation, pick up, etc.
  • Document verifier & control for legal document of in coming foreign visitor
  • Monitor traveling of employee, encouraged to manage traveling expense as efficient as possible while keep in mind safety and comfort

Administrative Management

  • Manage & control of office supply distribution
  • Manage & control employee kits & facilities
  • Manage & control document & business letter

Employee Personal Assistance

  • Manage & verifies employee’s medical reimbursement
  • Manage & control employee’s work time attendance

Secretary

  • Provide assistance & support activities of Plant Management
  • Provide assistance & support for business report & administration
  • Manage business meeting activities

Qualification

Minimum Required Qualifications

  1. Education Min D3 from Secretary or any major
  2. Required Language(s): English, Bahasa
  3. Required Skill (s): Microsoft Office, communication
  4. Excellent communication skill, strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience on office administration
  2. Experience in filing & documentation
  3. Experience in traveling arrangement
  4. Experience in handling local visitor & expatriate

Skill:

  1. Office Administration
