Warehouse & Logistic

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and transportation activities.
• Collaborate with departments and logistics vendors for material flow.
• Coordinate equipment receiving, inspection, and transportation to sites.
• Ensure timely, safe, and budget-friendly delivery of equipment.
• Manage logistics payment operations.
• Prepare and maintain transportation documentation for customs clearance.
• Handle customs-related duties, including exemption applications.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations for imports/exports.
• Monitor daily customs declaration operations.
• Maintain relationships with customs and government authorities.
• Support compliance audits and interpret relevant technical documents in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree in related major.
• 5+ years of related experience in logistics, warehouse operations, import-export, & custom affairs.
• Thorough knowledge in customs procedures is mandatory.
• Having a good knowledge of up-to-date Import-exports procedures.
• Sound exposure to concepts and processes of international supply chain and transportation sector.
• Solid computer skills – including Microsoft Office Applications and other Logistics Inventory Systems.
• Strong English both written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with government agencies, service providers, and senior levels of management.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Experience in Manufacturing and Freight Forwarding company.
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Kabupaten Serang.
