Lowongan Kerja PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara Tbk

LCTTBK didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri sebagaimana tercantum dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, SH Nomor 19 Tanggal 9 Desember 1987 yang disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia dengan Surat Keputusan Nomor C2- 6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersialnya di industri plastik dengan kapasitas terpasang awal lini produksi pertama sebesar 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.

Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 berubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah mendapat keputusan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH. 2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Pada tahun 2008, berubah nama menjadi PT Titan Kimia Nusantara Tbk, kemudian melakukan Penawaran Umum Terbatas I – Penerbitan HMETD dan dana hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas digunakan untuk menambah penyertaan modal di TIHL dan digunakan semata-mata untuk mengakuisisi. 100% kepemilikan Titan Petchem (M) Sdn. Bhd., Di Chemical Brothers Ltd., yang merupakan pemegang saham mayoritas PT Titan Petrokimia Nusantara.

Mengacu pada pangsa pasar yang tumbuh dinamis, memutuskan untuk berinovasi dan berganti nama menjadi PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk sebagaimana tertuang dalam Akta Notaris Fathiah Helmi, SH Nomor 1 Tanggal 1 April 2013 yang telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor AHU-19689.AH.01.02. Tahun 2013 Tanggal 15 April 2013, selanjutnya mulai mengimpor dan mendistribusikan polyethylene (PE) dan polypropylene (PP).

LCTTBK akan terus berupaya dan berinovasi untuk meningkatkan jumlah penjualan dan pertumbuhan di masa depan secara berkelanjutan dan berkontribusi bagi peningkatan kehidupan.

Saat ini PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut:

Production Field Technician

Key Responsibility:

• Monitor and operate production equipment and processes in the field area.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and stable plant operations.
• Record operational data and report abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor.
• Support start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with DCS Operators, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related technical disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the petrochemical, chemical, and manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic industrial safety practices and manufacturing operations.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon – Banten

Production Engineer

• Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to source materials and equipment required to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support manufacturing excellence.
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and HSE teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
• Min. 2 years of experience in petrochemical, chemical, or related manufacturing industries.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of process optimization and process safety management.
• Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon – Banten
